Privacy policy

TradesMate processes the information needed to provide business accounts, customer and job management, quotes, invoices, payments, expenses, reminders and support.

Information we process

This may include account names and email addresses, password hashes, business details, customer contact details, job records, uploaded job photos, document and payment records, device notification tokens and technical service logs.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate users, provide requested features, generate documents, send device reminders, protect the service, diagnose faults and answer support requests.

Your responsibility

Business users are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis to enter and use their customers' personal information in TradesMate.

Service providers

Infrastructure, push-notification, email and analytics providers process limited information on our behalf. Payment-card details are not collected by the current TradesMate service.

Retention and deletion

Records remain while needed to provide the account and may be retained where reasonably required for security, accounting or legal purposes. Account and privacy requests can be submitted through the contact form.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit and access to production systems is restricted. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
