Terms of service
These terms apply to the TradesMate website, Android application and connected online services.
Business accounts
Account holders must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and ensure staff access is appropriate. The business is responsible for customer, job, document, payment and expense information entered by its users.
Not accounting or legal advice
TradesMate is an operational record-keeping tool. It does not replace an accountant, tax adviser, solicitor or records that applicable law requires you to maintain elsewhere.
Acceptable use
Users must not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, upload unlawful material or interfere with another business's records.
Availability
We work to keep TradesMate available and protect its data, but online services can experience interruptions. Businesses should retain suitable copies of records required for time-critical, accounting or legal purposes.
Changes
Features and these terms may change as TradesMate develops. Material changes will be communicated through the service or website.
Contact
Questions can be submitted through the contact form.
